Ripple House
At a coastal family home in Hampton, Victoria, CUSTOM ORB® walling is used deliberately as a primary facade material rather than a background element. The corrugated profile introduces texture and shadow to clean geometric forms, while its corrosion-resistant COLORBOND® steel finish withstands salt-laden coastal exposure with minimal maintenance.

Thanks for stopping by – or stopping to look. Whether you visited our stand at Futurebuild Australia or are catching up after the event, the LYSAGHT® Design Solutions Group is here to continue the conversation. If you have a question raised at the event, or a project you'd like to discuss, talk to the team.
Every product in the range has been proven on real projects with real constraints. These case studies show how architects and builders have specified LYSAGHT® facade products to resolve design and performance challenges across commercial, institutional and residential projects in Australia, demonstrating how the profiles perform when applied at scale.
LYSAGHT AZURE®
Premium cassette-style facade panel for ventilated rainscreen systems
AZURE® delivers bold, block-effect walling with deep recessed shadow lines and concealed fixings. Available in varied panel dimensions and joint widths, it gives precise control over scale and proportion. Non-combustible and NCC-compliant, the interlocking panels simplify installation and support consistent facade alignment.
Explore the LYSAGHT® facade range, from ventilated rainscreen systems to corrugated profiles, alongside the projects and detailing that show each product's capability. Our Design Solutions Group is available to discuss specification, detailing and project support.
Wherever you are in the design cycle, it's still an opportunity to see the substance behind the facade.
Steel gives architects and designers more control over form, proportion and performance than most people expect. Our facade range is shaped from COLORBOND® steel, tested in our NATA-accredited facility and engineered for different aesthetic and structural outcomes. From large-format cassette panels to the profile that defined Australian cladding, these are the products we'll have on display at Futurebuild Australia.
LYSAGHT HORIZON™
Twin-skin, hollow-core rainscreen panel for flat, wide facades
HORIZON™ uses a bonded trapezoidal backing skin to produce a facade panel that stays flat, even in dark colours where oil-canning is typically a concern. Lightweight yet structurally sound, it can be installed vertically, horizontally or diagonally to create varied visual effects across an elevation.
LYSAGHT ENSEAM®
Standing seam steel cladding with a clean, concealed fixing line
Broad flat pans and a prominent rib give ENSEAM® a modern, linear character suited to contemporary facade design. Concealed fixings keep the surface uninterrupted, and the profile can be installed vertically, horizontally or diagonally. Available in 265mm and 465mm cover widths, shaped from COLORBOND® steel.
LYSAGHT LONGLINE 305®
A premium standing seam profile where slender ribs and broad, flat pans define the façade
LONGLINE 305® brings a refined, architectural linearity to both roofing and walling applications. Tall ribs cast dramatic shadow lines as light moves across the surface, while the concealed fixing system keeps the façade clean and uninterrupted. Available tapered for fanned rooflines and across the full COLORBOND® steel colour range.
Part of Brisbane's Cross River Rail program, this Queensland Rail staff building required a facade meeting strict non-combustibility standards while maintaining a composed, modern presence. AZURE® panels in COLORBOND® steel Windspray® provided large-format coverage with flat profiles and expressed joints, chosen over aluminium for fire performance and installation efficiency.

The Design Solutions Group (DSG) is a national team of chartered structural engineers and architectural business-development managers who work alongside architects, specifiers and builders on facade projects at any stage. They align design intent with engineering rigour and are available for a conversation about how our profiles perform, how they interface with substructure and membranes, and how to approach the most pressing details.
For facade projects, this means direct access to people who understand how our profiles behave at scale, how they interface with substructure and membranes, and how to detail junctions, penetrations and transitions that perform in practice.
Every LYSAGHT® facade product is developed and tested in our own NATA-accredited research facility before it reaches a project site. Here, profiles undergo wind pressure, water penetration, structural load and fire performance testing to Australian Standards. The result is published data you can specify with confidence. No assumptions. No unverified claims. Watch how our Research & Technology team puts products to the test.
